Sampling is used to test how the approved design direction works as a real garment. Comments should separate fit, measurement, construction, material and appearance so revisions can be followed accurately.

The exact sample types and number of revisions are agreed according to the project.

Measurements matter, but balance, ease and movement also influence whether the style matches its intended shape.

Comment discipline
One clear revision record is better than scattered messages.
Fit notes, construction changes, measurement updates and appearance comments should be consolidated. When a new sample is requested, the revision source and version should be identifiable so old and new requirements are not mixed.
