Capability 04
Bulk production begins with an approved reference.
The production route connects material preparation, cutting, sewing, specialist operations, finishing, inspection and packing. Checkpoints are placed where issues can still be identified and corrected.

Production pathway
Each operation should inherit a confirmed requirement.
Quantities, timing and checkpoints are planned for the actual order rather than published as a universal website promise.
Pre-production alignment
Approved sample, measurements, fabric, trims, labels, packing and order details.
Material preparation
Receive and review fabric and components; address visible concerns before cutting.
Marker, spreading & cutting
Prepare the lay, align pattern requirements and keep cut bundles identifiable.
Sewing operations
Assemble garment components in a controlled sequence with operation guidance.
Specialist finishing
Buttonholes, buttons, overlock, thread trimming and other required operations.
Pressing & appearance
Shape and finish the garment without damaging fabric or construction.
Final check & packing
Verify the agreed garment and packing points before carton preparation.

Line control
Detect variation while work is in progress.
Inline reviews can focus on the measurements and workmanship most likely to affect the garment at that stage. Findings should lead to a clear correction and follow-up rather than waiting for a finished order.
Change control
Late changes need an impact review.
A change to fabric, trim, construction, quantity, packing or delivery timing may affect price, material use and production planning. The change should be confirmed before it is introduced into the order.
Start with what you have
Confirm the garment and order requirements before reserving a bulk path.
Share a Tech Pack, reference image, sketch or sample together with target quantity and timing. We will use those inputs to review construction, materials and the next useful step.
